3 cups hot strong brewed coffee
3 cups 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup sugar
1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher; stir until sugar dissolves. Pour into ice cube trays; freeze 4 hours or until firm.
2. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Place the frozen cubes in a food processor; process until smooth. Spoon into chilled dishes; serve immediately. Yield: 2 quarts (serving size:1 cup).
