Double strength 100% Colombian Coffee
Cracked ice
4 tablespoons sugar or non-caloric sweetener


1. Brew 100% Colombian Coffee double strength (8 tablespoons ground coffee to 12 ounces cold water).

2. Fill half the electric blender with chilled coffee and cracked ice.

3. Add 4 tablespoons sugar or equivalent amount of sweetener. Blend until thick and foamy.

Yield: 4 servings
